The Feldenkraiswork is an innovative method that approaches human development and the improvement of functioning by (physical) movement.

The founder, Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais, made use of his experience in physics, mechanical engineering and Judo, to develop a method that consists of an unusual combination of biomechanics, enginebuilding, psychology, and martial arts. Today the method is internationally acknowledged for its demonstrated ability to improve posture, flexibility, coordination, the self-image and to be able to resolve muscular tension and pain.
